2.1 Photos and Media Files

The App allows you to enhance photos using AI technology and store private files in an encrypted vault:

• Photo Enhancement: Photos you choose to enhance are processed using our AI service. These photos are temporarily transmitted to our processing servers and are not permanently stored unless you explicitly enable cloud backup (Premium feature).
• Vault Storage: Files stored in the secure vault are encrypted locally on your device using AES-256 encryption. We do not have access to these files, cannot view them, and cannot recover them if you lose your password.
• Local Processing: All vault operations happen on your device. Your private files never leave your device unless you explicitly enable cloud backup.

2.2 Account Information

We do not require you to create an account to use basic features. For Premium users who opt for cloud backup, we may collect:

• Email address (for authentication and support)
• Purchase history (for subscription management)

2.3 Usage Data

We collect limited anonymous usage statistics to improve the App:

• App crashes and error reports
• Feature usage (which features are used most)
• Device type and OS version
• App performance metrics

This data is anonymized and cannot be linked back to you personally.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for:

• Providing photo enhancement services
• Operating and maintaining the secure vault feature
• Improving app functionality and user experience

• Processing in-app purchases

• Zero Knowledge: We cannot access your vault files or decrypt them

5. Third-Party Services

• GFPGAN/Replicate: For AI photo enhancement processing
• Google AdMob: For displaying advertisements (free version only)
• Firebase: For analytics, crash reporting, and cloud features (Premium)
• In-App Purchase: Apple App Store and Google Play for payment processing

Each service has its own privacy policy governing their use of data.

6. Data Retention

• Enhanced Photos: Deleted immediately after processing unless saved by you
• Vault Files: Stored locally on your device until you delete them
• Cloud Backups: Retained until you cancel Premium or request deletion
• Usage Analytics: Retained for up to 90 days

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your data
• Delete your data at any time
• Export your vault files
• Opt-out of analytics collection
• Disable advertisements (by upgrading to Premium)
• Request deletion of cloud backups

8. Children's Privacy

9. International Users

Our services are provided globally. By using the App, you consent to the transfer of your information to countries where we operate, which may have different data protection laws than your country.

• Showing an in-app notification
